Sequels - shortcut to duplicate success.

'Duplicating' the success seems to be new Bollywood motto and why not when all the sectors are down with recession. Everyone wants to play safe and cash on. Here we bring the Bollywood strategy against such a downfall. The strategy includes list of sequels that are on the way.


'Krissh' was the result of the success of 'Koi Mil Gaya' and to get in more of it Rakesh Roshan has 'Krrish 3' is in the pipeline.


The humour 'Golmaal' served twice by the director Rohit Shetty has created more hunger among the masses for such entertainment. To satiate it he is all set to cook 'Golmaal 3'.



Though Ram Gopal Verma's 'Sarkar' was a hit, 'Sarkar Raj' did not fare well. But as we know he never fails to attempt and will be having 'Sarkar 3.'

  Also 'Phoonk 2' will be there as sequel to 'Phoonk.'



This new trend has even inspired director Shekhar Kapur who is set to woo his idea of making sequel to 'Mr.India.'                                                                                        


The brand 'Hera Pheri' was created by Priyadarshan and was taken forward by Neeraj Vora with 'Phir Hera Pheri'. Once again the fun will return with 'Hera Pheri 3'


Rajkumar Hirani's brand 'Munnabhai' became a hit with 'Munnabhai M.B.B.S'. After 'Lagey Raho Munnabhai', 'Munnabhai Chale America' is next to carry it further.


'Don' was a big blockbuster, Farhan cashed on it by making a remake of it and after success of the same he will have the sequel of 'Don' that is scheduled to start by 2010.


Action filled flick 'Dhoom' created a huge dhamaka among the audiences. Then came in double dose action packed 'Dhoom 2'. So guys what are your expectations from 'Dhoom 3'?


If you were really impressed by comic caper 'Partner' this one will really fascinate you. A sequel to it is named 'Tom & Jerry' will once bring in the fun and excitement.


The fun to watch film 'Pyaar Ke Side/ Effects once bought in the negatives of falling in love. But the story did not end there after love; the journey continues to marriage and after marriage comes in the funda of 'Shaadi Ke Side/Effects.'


John and Abhi's 'Dostana' became everyone's discussion 'fasaana'. Looks like Tarun Mansukhani's have a lot to 'batana' and so bringing in one more 'Dostana.'


What's sounds funny is 'No Entry' is once again set to enter and create chaos with wives suspecting their husband's extra marital affair drama. So once again ready to enter a zone named 'No Entry 2.'


If you were able to sustain 'Bheja Fry' so once again to fry your brain will be a sequel to 'Bheja Fry.'



The double meaning humour 'Kya Kool Hai Hum' will also have a sequel.
