In Hadh Kar Di Aapne, Govinda dons multiple roles. Ritu Shivpuri and Nirmal Pandey, play the roles of a couple convinced that each is cheating on the other, and each of them plans to expose the other so that they can secure a divorce. The wife hatches her own plan and pretends that she is going to Europe but instead plans to send her namesake and friend, Anjali (Rani Mukherjee), while she plans to catch her husband red-handed. The husband decides to send a friend of his, on the trip, to spy on his wife, that friend being Raj (Govinda). Ironically, Govinda and Rani Mukherjee fall in love.
