Nargis to play lead in Khiladi 786

Nargis Fakhri, a fresh face among reigning divas despite onscreen talent one too debatable, managed nonetheless to rise to instant fame through her Bollwood debut, Rockstar. Not surprisingly then, offers have generously floored her ever since. And on that note, the most recent

buzz in tinsel town has it, that Fakhri has bagged a coveted lead role opposite khiladi Akshay Kumar in Ashish R. Mohan's upcoming action comedy, incidentally titled Khiladi 786.

Sources reveal that the Rockstar girl will essay the role of a glamorous, sexy, and stylish girl ' shoes we reckon are all too characteristic for the model turned actress to step into. Nargis, who is understandably on cloud nine, is heard of being aided by none other than her very accommodating co-star with her currently less than fluent Hindi diction. Akshay, one assumes, knows the drill all too well given his success with promoting newbies, second only to Salman Khan from among peers in the industry.

The film's music has been undertaken by Himesh Reshammiya who it is also heard shall in addition be playing the role of a "Mansukh" in the said movie.

Slated for a November 2012 release as of now, the film will be produced jointly by Eros International, HR Musik and Hari Om Entertainment.

BollyCurry chooses to reserve the verdict for Nargis Fakhri's round two at the box office, keeping fingers crossed for a rebound.
