Aaghaaz is an action film in the mould of good versus evil. It is the story about a one man's army against the goons whose very existence is threatened by this noble man from Punjab. Sensing danger to the gang culture, rival gang leaders join forces and rape Sunil Shetty's sister amidst hundreds of viewers, who simply watch as spectators. Rather than avenging his sisters rape single-handedly, Sunil Shetty tries to stir the timid people out of their fear and prepares them to fight evil forces. He succeeds in bringing out a mini-revolution.
