Sanjit Kumar also known as Sangram Singh is wrestler and wrestling coach from India. He was a Gold Medallist in the Commonwealth Wrestling Championship held in South Africa.
He was a participant of reality television series, Survivor India (season 1) (2012) where he became the 16th person to get voted out and finished as the 3rd Jury member. previously he appeared in 100% De Dhana Dhan, and took part in wrestling event Yodhao Ka Maha Sangram.
Wrestler Sanjit Kumar (Sangram Singh) was born on 21 July at Madina village of district Rohtak in the state of Haryana. Sanjit has a normal family background. His father was in Government Job and mother is a house wife. Sanjit is youngest in his family having 1 brother and 1 sister. Sanjit was born as a premature baby and he was very weak in comparison to other children. When he was born his weight was only 2100 Gms and later he got arthritis, it was so dangerous and due to this his hands and legs stopped working and he could not move.
Today Sanjit Kumar is a famous international wrestler and represented India many times. He has won medals at national and international level.
His debut feature film as an actor, directed by Kirshan Kumar and Baadal, Valentine's Night was released on February 12, 2012, also featuring fellow Survior contestant and girlfriend, Payal Rohatgi.
