Ronnie
Screwvala and Siddharth Roy Kapoor's much anticipated movie,
Kai Po Che!'s
music album has been released. Even before the actual release of the
movie, it has managed to gain a lot of attention from the viewers.

Also,
despite having relatively short songs in comparison to other Bollywood
movies, critics say that the music leaves you wanting only more of it.
The credit for this would go to
Amit Trivedi, the music composer and
Swanand Kirkire, the mastermind lyricist.
The
album opens with "Maanja", a song set in the districts of Gujarat,
where the story as well the friendship of the protagonists begins. In
the vocals of the composer,
Amit Trivedi himself, the song gives a sort
of traditional touch, yet the audience gets a feeling of joy and
happiness after listening to it. For all the calm and soft song lovers,
this should be the next big thing!
Up
next is "Shubhaarambh" by renowned singer Shruti Pathak and Divya
Kumar. This track, as the name itself suggests, definitely brings out a
motivation within you and provokes you to go ahead and remain determined
in a new stream. It also has a few beats of "dandiya" which set your
mood to tuning into the beats. For the dancers, here's your track for
the upcoming navratri!
Last, but
certainly not the least in the album, is "Meethi Boliyan", once again in
the vocals of
Amit Trivedi, and accompanying him is Mili Nair, who
commences the rhythm in the track. It is a duet song in a smooth voice,
urging the audience to feel free and be at the top of the world.
Although you might find it odd at the beginning, you will surely put it
on repeat after the song nears its end.
We
don't know about the movie which is due for release on Friday 22nd
February, but we can definitely say that the music is worth your time!
