Actor Nana Patekar has apologized for the small argument that took place between him and old friend Prakash Jha last week.
Though Nana was upset that Jha had chosen to discuss the issue with the media, he admits that it wasn't the best idea to let his temper take over on the sets of his latest movie.
The story goes that Nana was to play an avatar of Lord Krishna and also had to sing a few lines. As Patekar is a self-confessed bad singer, the song was to be recorded by Rashid Khan. However when Nana arrived on the sets for his shoot, he was informed that the song was erased by mistake and was asked to sing the lines - which would then be dubbed over by Khan later.
Clearly uncomfortable, Nana refused and when Jha kept pressing on him to sing, Nana lost his temper and admitted that he was very abusive and rude.
Nana has offered to compensate any shooting losses that may have occurred but is upset that he can not take back his behaviour towards Jha that left him almost in tears.
