Ameesha in Denial

Ameesha Patel recently celebrated her birthday on June 9^th, and buzz has it that she has been claiming that she is 21.

Sure, women are guarded about their age, but Ameesha, 21? Like the legal age for alcohol consumption and all?! Err ... no further comments. Of course, that doesn't mean you all can't put two and two together yourself ... well, two and one in this case!

Considering the actress made her debut in 2000's Kaho Naa'Pyaar Hai with Hrithik Roshan, she would have had to be 11 in the movie for her to be 21 now, and and even the miracles of make up can't possibly have made an 11 year old look quite like that! Even that, after absorbing the possibility that Papa Roshan would risk Hrithik's debut by letting an 11 year old play his lady love ...

Well, this seems to have gone beyond embarrassing. In our wise opinions, dear Ameesha, go on and embrace your age!

Its not like you're the only who adds a year on each birthday?!
