Ash heads ABCL ...

Remember ABCL? The production house set up by Bachan Sr. during his temporary retirement period in the late nineties, which was a supposed runaway success? After several failures and legal battles, the 'Amitabh Bachan Corporation Limited' had gone in to administration a year after.

 

However, upcoming movie Paa, starring Amitabh and Abhishek in reversed roles, is being released under the revived ABCL banner and more importantly, is being head by none other than Bachan bahu, Ash herself!

 

According to sources, Aishwarya Rai Bachan has played a pivotal role in the marketing and promotion of Paa.  With the teaser trailer riding high already, she seems to have done a good job. It has led Paa-in-law Amitabh to trust her with the enormous responsibility for all marketing decisions of upcoming movies. This current project  itself is a much awaited release and the Bachans are very confident that it will taste success.
