After a recent
article featured on the shifting priority among tinsel town celebrities
over acquisition of big brand names, we update you now on the status of
some recently signed deals. Big tags, big actors - brand wars keep
becoming larger than life!
Aamir Khan (Mahindra two-wheelers)
Mahindra
is yet to launch its two wheelers in India - and adverts for the same
have already been aired. We hear the face of this brand product is
expected to be not a bike savvy macho face, but our very own Mr.
Perfectionist Khan!
If you've complained about never seeing enough of him on TV, here's another chance!
Ever since her scintillating moves atop a train coach, in the Dil Se soundtrack Chahiya Chahiya
a decade ago, Malaika Arora Khan has charmed the audience with her
performances without even becoming a main stream actress. And a
significant part of her charm has everything to do with the way she
looks! Signing up this recently turned producer (with Dabangg)
is Pantene, a hair care brand that can boast of association with many a
famous divas including Katrina Kaif, Shilpa Shetty and Neha Dhupia.
Shahrukh Khan (Nerolac Paints)
If you think SRK has his kitty full to the brim with brand names already - think again!
As
per the latest, King Khan has now been signed on as the brand
ambassador for Nerolac Paints. Surely, his ever rising global appeal has
something to do with his long list of endorsements.
Shraddha Kapoor (Lakme)
Some people have unbelievable luck at the mere start of their careers. For Sharaddha Kapoor (of Teen Patti
fame) things have been an upward graph so far. What with sharing screen
space with the likes of Amitabh Bachchan and Kingsley in her debut
venture, to now pocketing a big endorsement deal with beauty brand
Lakme!
Although word is only hear say yet, there is much conviction to the news of her being the new face for the mega brand Lakme!
Talk about beginners luck!
