Why Amitabh-Aamir did not worked together for so many years?

Thugs of Hindostan is an upcoming epic action-adventure film written and directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya. The film stars multitalented actors Amitabh Bachchan, Aamir Khan, Katrina Kaif and Fatima Sana Shaikh in the lead role.

For the first time, Big-B and Aamir will be seen On screen. When the legendary actors were asked that why did it take this long for the duo to work together?. Speaking to the press at the release of Thugs of Hindostan trailer, Amitabh immediately said that Amir didn't had time for him and his ideas.

"Sachai yeh hai ke kai filmein offer hui, bhaisaab ne inkaar kar diya. Yeh mera bahut bada saubhagya hai ke inke saath kaam karne ka avsar mila hai," Amitabh said.

In return Aamir replied to the poke of Big-B saying that, "Main yaad dilana chahta hoon ke humari ek film thi jo Indra Kumar banane waale the. Uska naam tha Rishta. Fir wo kaafi wajao se nahi bani. Toh aisa mauka ek dafaa aaya lekin fir wo hua nahi. Aur tab se leke ab tak main intezaar hi kar raha tha ke mujhe mauka mile. Amit Ji ke saath film ke liye na karne ki himmat hi nahi hai"

Further, the 'Sholay' actor added on this that, "Main kab se keh raha hoon inse ke bhaisaab ek film ka aap nirdeshan kijiye, hume kahi ek chota sa role de dilijiye, ye maan hi nahi rahe. Maine do-teen idea bhi diye hai ke ispe banao. Toh yeh kehte hai acha sochta hoon main. Sochte sochte kai baras beeth gaye." and Aamir was left speechless.

The film launched it's trailer yesterday which is trending on youtube and is set to release on 8th November 2018 under the banner of Yash Raj Films
