The actor takes it to his social media accounts and shares the first look of his character from the film. Talking about his look, it's way more interesting than ever imagined. As "Kesari" is a film based on one of the bravest battles fought in India 'The Battle of Saragarhi' Akshay Kumar dons the character of a Sikh soldier in a turban.

However, the film was supposed to be backed by Karan Johar and superstar Salman Khan but, recently during an interview, Salman had revealed the reason for opting out from the film. "Karan has his home production and I have mine. He had come to me long back with the project, but he did all the work from casting to everything.
