After the huge success of his last film 'Dangal, Aamir Khan is gearing up for his next 'Thugs of Hindostan' with 'Dhoom 3' director Vijay Krishna Acharya. The film's production company Yash Raj Film's had recently confirmed that 'Dangal' girl Fatima Sana Shaikh has been roped in for the project. Soon, it fuelled the rumor mills that Aamir had suggested the makers to get Fatima on board for the film. And probably that's how the role landed in the hands of Fatima.

However, a report in a popular tabloid informs that, Aamir is upset with the media and film trade for making speculations over Fatima Sheikh. Though he is angry with such news emanating about him. But he wants to maintain his silence and does not want to react to it.

A source informed the publication that, "Aamir never recommends anyone for movies. In fact, a lot of his friends recommend actresses to him, and he takes cognisance of the references". (sic)

Like, Salman had word with Aamir if he could repeat Katrina Kaif (who has earlier worked with Aamir in 'Dhoom 3') as an actress in 'Thugs of Hindostan'.

The report also mentions that pictures from Fatima's audition for the film had leaked which sparked off rumors about Aamir recommending her for the film.

'TOH' also stars Amitabh Bachchan and Katrina Kaif.
