Bollywood actors Kangana Ranaut and Shahid Kapoor starrer 'Rangoon' will soon hit the silver screens. Since past sometime, there have been many reports stating that there's an ongoing cold war between the duo- which began while shooting for the film. But, Shahid had laughed off to all the reports saying that, 'it's all good' (between him and Kangana).
In a recent interview with a tabloid, Kangana finally spoke about her experience shooting with Shahid. The actress informed that she had to share the same cottage with Shahid while shooting for Arunachal Pradesh schedule and it wasn't a good experience at all.
She says, "We were shooting in a remote location where a little makeshift cottage was erected. Shahid and I were sharing the same cottages with our respective teams. Every morning, I would wake up to this mad hip-hop music. And he would exercise listening to crazy trance and techno songs blasting from the speakers. I was fed up and wanted to shift out. Sharing the cottage with Shahid was a nightmare." (sic)
Kangana also shared about shooting in the hilly areas of Arunachal Pradesh. She informs, "Initially, it was a bit taxing because I was suddenly taken from an urban location to an extremely remote location with not network. But gradually, it became a lot easier since I am a mountain girl. But Shahid would often freak out". (sic)
Kangana who seemed to be content with 'Rangoon's story said, "This is probably the best script I've ever heard. The film revolves around my character Julia, and it [playing it] was demanding. But, it is a role that comes to an actor once in their lifetime". (sic)
Helmed by Vishal Bharadwaj, the film is all set to hit the theaters this February 24th, 2017.
