Amitabh Bachchan met Om Puri just a day before his demise

Veteran actor Om Puri passed away early morning today. As soon as the news broke out, clouds of mourning gathered on B-town. Condolences from all over started flowing for the deceased actor.

Actors like Nawazuddin Siddique, Sonam Kapoor, Shabana Azmi, Anupam Kher, Akshay Kumar, Shah Rukh Khan, Riteish Deshmukh, Priyanka Chopra were among others who expressed their heartfelt condolences for the actor.

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan too shared his heartfelt message. The actor took to his facebook profile to express his sadness. Big B who is currently shooting for the third installment of 'Sarkar' informed that he had met Om Puri on the sets of 'Sarkar 3' just a day before his death.

Om Puri died of heart attack at his residence. His body was taken to Cooper hospital in the afternoon for an autopsy. He will be cremated today evening at Oshiwara Crematorium.
