For a long time now,
Aamir Khan had been away from the media as he has been busy with the shooting of his film "
Dangal".
Finally, after wrapping up his work schedules the actor came back to Mumbai for the poster launch of his most awaited sports drama.
At the launch, when Aamir was asked about Salman comparing himself to a "raped woman," he reacted strongly by saying, "I wasn't present at the time he made this comment. And whatever I know is through media reports. I think the comment was rather unfortunate and insensitive."
However, it is not only Aamir who has stood up against Salman. Even Kangana Ranaut had slammed the superstar for his statements by saying, "We all agree that it is a horrible thing to say. It's something which is extremely insensitive, but I would like to say that let's not encourage that mentality where you point fingers at each other and want to feel greater by pulling them down and rolling people down. As a society, we have to take responsibility and stand united. And it is disgraceful for the society, not an individual. We all collectively feel sorry for that thought process."
'
Dangal' directed by
Nitesh Tiwari is a biographical sports drama starring
Aamir Khan. The movie is all set to hit the silver screens ahead of Christmas on 23rd December, 2016.
