Revealed: Actor playing younger Salman Khan in Sultan!

As reported earlier, Amit Sadh had been roped in to play an important part in Salman Khan starrer 'Sultan'. However, there were not much revelations made about his character.

But, now we caught on a piece of information that gives an in-depth about what exactly his role is going to be in the film.

According to reports in a leading website, Amit Sadh will be playing a younger Sultan in the film. A close source revealed to the website, "While Salman would be seen playing the 30-plus Sultan, it was felt by the producers that Amit would be a suitable candidate to play the younger avatar of the wrestler. Physically, he is very similar to Salman. Also they have similar facial features big eyes and broad face so it is actually quite a smart casting choice." [sic]

Earlier, we had as well confirmed that rumours about Parineeti Chopra being the leading lady in the movie were fake and the actress too had cleared the air about she not being a part of the film. So the hunt for the actress who will be seen opposite Salman is still on.

However, if reports are to be believed; there were even talks about Sanjay Dutt or Sylvester Stallone to play Salman's wrestling coach in the film but Randeep Hooda was finalised to play that part.

'Sultan' directed by Ali Abbas Zafar is a film about a three time State champion Pahalwan from Haryana. Salman Khan will be seen playing Sultan Ali Khan and the movie is all set to hit the silver screens in Eid next year.
