Taapsee Pannu took a PERFECT Dig at Karan Johar for THIS Reason!

Despite appearing in critically-acclaimed films such as Pink, Manmarziyaan, and Mulk, for some reason, Taapsee Pannu still hasn't been invited to the 'famous' Koffee with Karan couch.

Although names such as Tara Sutaria and Ananya Pandey have made their "Koffee debuts" without having any released films to their credit.

During the finale of the episode, comedian-actor Vir Das passed a light-hearted joke and said, "There's so much pink in this set that Taapsee Pannu tried to act in it."

Pannu saw the post and wasted no time in making a nice little dig at Karan. She tweeted 'Hahahahha nice one. Just that Taapsee still doesn't qualify to be there I am looking forward to seeing this episode. All you guys are hilarious '

Taapsee has never hesitated to call out unfairness. Just a while back, Taapsee was rather upset with the makers of Pati, Patni Aur Woh, as at the last minute they replaced her with Bhumi Pednekar in the film.

In an interview to an English daily, she called this move an 'eye-opener' and added the 'struggle doesn't really end'. "And I signed up for it. I knew it when I started out."

Meanwhile, on the work front, Taapsee will be next seen in Badla which also stars Amitabh Bachchan and Amrita Singh.

The film is directed by Sujoy Ghosh and is produced by Gauri Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment.
