Not Deepika, but Ranveer has INVITED Katrina Kaif to their RECEPTION

Ranveer Singh - Deepika Padukone's exquisite wedding at Lake Como, Italy has taken the nation by storm. Bollywood's current superstars and fans favourite pair, Ranveer and Deepika tied the nuptial knot on 14th and 15th November as per Konkani and Sindhi traditions respectively.

Post their wedding, the couple hosted their first reception on 21st November in Bengaluru as Deepika grew up there. The reception was royal in all ways where the newlyweds looked regal in their attire.

Post that, Ranveer's sister Ritika Bhavnani hosted a grand party in honour of the newlyweds. This time, Ranveer charmed us all with his attire and eccentric energy while his wife Deepika dolled up in a Sabyasachi outfit.

Now, the audience is waiting with bated breath for the couple's Mumbai reception that will take place on 1st December at Grand Hyatt, Mumbai. At the reception, as the who's who of Bollywood celebrities will be in attendance, reports now reveal that Deepika's most popular frienemy Katrina Kaif is also invited to the reception.

Yes, if a report in SpotboyE is to go by then not Deepika Padukone but Ranveer Singh has sent out an invitation to Kaif. The report read, "Katrina received the invitation four days ago and she is gearing up to attend the event. She has discussed this with Salman Khan and if all goes well, she will walk into the party with the superstar and (Bharat) director Ali Abbas Zafar. She is looking forward to the bash".

The source further added that Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are also sending text messages to their colleagues and close friends. "While the actress (Deepika) did not send a text to Katrina, Ranveer ensured that he did," the source was quoted as saying.

A few days ago, Katrina appeared on television show Koffee With Karan where she revealed how she has not been invited to any wedding but she sure is looking forward to an invitation.

The actress had expressed, "I'm really excited about all these weddings. I want to wear nice clothes and go to attend... I might not be invited for any but that's a separate thing. But in my mind I'm looking forward to an invitation".
