When Vishal Dadlani and Shekhar Ravjiani (fondly known as Visha-Shekhar) come together, you know you're in for a blast 'cause getting something common from them is just too mainstream. The much talked about flick, Gori Tere Pyaar Mein, which marks Kareena Kapoor Khan and Imran Khan's second movie together, has finally released it's music album which consists a grand total of nine soundtracks including two remixed versions and one mashup. Like always, BollyCurry is here to provide you with a sneak peak of what it's all like, so keep calm and read on!

"Dhat Teri Ki", like the title suggests, is an upbeat track consisting of some fast groovy moves and entertaining lyrics. The track, in the fresh vocals of Sanam Gupta and Aditi Singh Sharma, is all about dancing away the night at a 'Hardrock Cafe' with some sexy items even. Although the track is not very catchy, considering the retro-type trends, it is definitely worth to listen to at least once. Plus, watching Imran Khan move and groove with Esha Gupta is just another story. Take a look for yourselves!

Up next is "Chingham Chabake" by the music master, Shankar Mahadevan, as well as Shalmali Kholgade. Since this track involves a big name, it surely cannot be disappointing. Impressive choreography and unbeatable melodies makes this song a brilliant composition. It is once again a fast track with some squeaky high-pitched lyrics that make you want to dance like you're at a bhangra party. Initially one may be put off from listening to the track, but as the beats start, it gets bearable to the ears.

Mika Singh, Mamtaa Sharma, Vishal Dadlani and Shruti Pathak come together for the biggest track of the album, "Tooh". A hyper-energetic Punjabi track which has the capacity of getting your attention just as soon as it begins, and leaves your foot tapping even after it end. Kareena Kapoor Khan's jhumkas and thumkas aren't any less to get you moving and with the fusion of those angrezi words, you cannot simply skip this one!

"Naina", in the voices of Neeti Mohan and Kamal Khan, is a romantic ballad with a soft rhythm describing the deepest feelings of love. Not the best listen because of some major differences between the smooth melody and the hefty rhythm, but it does give a sort of touchy feel when you listen to it for the first time.

Once again it's Shruti Pathak on the mike, this time accompanied by Nitesh Kadam for "Dil Duffer". This one is a lovey-dovey duet which consists of some catchy lyrics and a good flow. It allows time for the listener to ease into the song and gives just the right feel with its foot-tapping and appealing tune. This track is definitely going to last in the listener's mind even after the movie is long gone.

Last one in the album is Sukhwinder Singh's "Moto Ghotalo", which may be just good enough to be acceptable for the theme of the movie but have no scope without it. The Gujarati combo to this track does not sound any better, rather just making it a passable moment which otherwise appears to be a pain to the ears. The music composition is done fairly well with any credit to this track owing to the melodious voice of Sukhwinder Singh

Remixed by DJ Kiran Kamath, "Chingam Chabake" is not any better than the original. However, the "Dhat Teri Ki" remix by DJ Rishabh is a good treat. The original is already a gripping one but the remix adds to the fancy. Finally, the mashup of the entire album titled "Gori Tere Pyaar Mein" is satisfactory. While you might enjoy it at one point, the other one manages to instantly put you off perhaps because certain tracks of the album manage to have some good work while the others aren't very gripping.

Overall, the music Gori Tere Pyaar Mein is average. It may sync well with the theme of the movie but other songs do not appeal to all the audiences, and hence may last for shorter time on the music charts.

The Dharma Productions' romantic comedy is ready to hit the screens on November 23rd, 2013. Directed by Punit Malhotra, it stars Kareena Kapoor Khan and Imran Khan as the protagonists, while Shraddha Kapoor also plays a pivotal role. BollyCurry wishes the entire cast and crew the best of luck with the movie!
