The perfectionist actor and the dutiful husband.... Aamir Khan

Even a remote place like Ladakh cannot stop Aamir Khan to be in touch with his wife. Aamir's wife, Kiran Rao is pregnant and she recently incurred a lung infection due to which she was in the hospital for a few days. Now she's home and is being taken care of by her parents. Aamir, the perfectionist actor is shooting for Rajkumar's Hirani's "3 Idiots" in Ladakh and the dutiful husband in him needs a phone every few hours to check on his wife.

The production unit has being shooting at the Tsimouri Lake near the Siachen Glacier for some days now. There are no hotels in that area and so the whole production has to stay in tents. The place has no network and it take an hour to drive to the nearest satellite phone booth. Sources tell us that Aamir takes that drive every 2 to 3 hours to the booth to call Kiran.

At the same time, our sources confirm that Aamir is not complaining about this stress and still gives his 100 percent in his acting.

Wow, what dedication!

We hope Kiran gets well soon and Aamir can enjoy Ladakh and shoot in peace.

Btw, guys, who wants a caring husband like Aamir? Everyone?!!
