Deepika & Asin - new friends on the block

Asin Deepika SMS friendsIn Bollywood, its quite common to see fights but hardly new friendship bonds forming. However thats not the case with Om Shanti Om fame, Deepika Padukone. A couple of weeks ago buzz had it that Deepika had found a new friend in our very own Piggy Chops. Well, Deepika has certainly added another name to her new list of friends, Asin. News has it that the two SMS each a lot on a daily bases and hence call themselves SMS buddies.
 

Furthermore, the duo has many things in common. For example, Deepika stated that Asin & herself are both daddy's girl. They absolutely love their fathers. Asin father, Joseph Thottumkal is a businessman meanwhile Deepika's father, Prakash Padukone is badminton star.
 

In addition, whenever the duo get some time they go out and have fun. Looks like it's all well from Deepika and her new friends. May her friendships keep blossoming.
