Ranbir stammering in 'Ajab Prem ki Ghazab Kahani'

Shahrukh 'King' Khan got an image makeover with his 'KKKKKKKK-kiran' which is still associated with him today. After Shahid's stammering act in the upcoming 'Kaminey', is it Ranbir's turn to 'stammer' his way to success ?

Ranbir Kapoor is going to stammer his way through Raj Kumar Santoshi's 'Ajab Prem ki Ghazab Kahani', which is re-establishing Santoshi in the comedy genre.

With 'Ajab Prem ki Ghazab Kahani', Santoshi tries to get back in the feel for comedy. He is als hoping that the stammering effect will gain sympathy from the other characters in the film played by Upen Patel and Katrina Kaif, and also help the audience sympathize with his character. The character that Ranbir is portraying will be the underdog, and as the movie progresses, his character becomes more confident and hence the stammering fades out itself.

Whilst it is being said that Shahid Kapur is taking tips from doctors and people who stammer in real life for his role in Kaminey, but the source from the sets of 'Ajab Prem ki Ghazab Kahani' reveals that Ranbir is doing it in his own style, which definitely will be interesting to see. Even though Ranbir has always taken a tried approach in his acting, be it inspired from his grandfather in 'Saawariya,' or his dad in 'Bachna Ae Haseeno' and even Shah Rukh Khan in 'Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani' people will be waiting to see how he adds his own spin on it.
