Ash to comeback with SRK!

The coming of mommy hood may have compelled Aishwarya Rai Bachchan into a brief hiatus, but ardent fans of the diva have more reason to rejoice, than her November born personal bundle of joy!

The Bachchan bahu is all set to make a comeback in style.

Sources claim that Aish has given her nod to be cast in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's long in the pipeline dream project, titled Bajirao Mastani, which was first announced all the way back in 2003.

That Aishwarya is a favourite with more directors than not, is no secret; but with Bhansali, she has always ever been the first choice. So Aishwarya in bidding her chance for a comeback thought next to nothing in agreeing to pair up with her most patronizing director, for his self claimed best to come!

When Bhansali first finalized the script of Bajirao Mastani he wanted to pair his then favourite jodi, Salman Khan and Aish of Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam fame. However, given the gore that has gone between these two ex lovers in the past that casting is no longer feasible. Stepping into the shoes of first choice macho Khan then, is touted to be King Khan Shahrukh himself. If buzz is to be believed, Bhansali is keenly pursuing his Devdas pairing of SRK and Aish now, and with Shah Rukh Khan reciprocating equal interest in the project, the likelihood of things coming together is high.

While new mommy Aishwarya's return on screen shall be one awaited event, her pairing with SRK for the same can only up the anticipation. Here's keeping fingers crossed for Bhansali's next!

@JakeR think if salman said yes to the movie, aishwariya will somehow back out due their problems occured to the past, we dont want that, even though we want them on screen together, so i choose SRK himself to star with ash..

he said bhansali approached him bt not for bajirao bt for another film .

finally a QUALITY film will release! not a big fan of pairing of aish & srk but you gotta agree that whenever these actors make movies, it has substances unlike chic flicks these days :)
