Jacqueline, Yana: Battle Out On Item Floor!

Are the sets of Murder 2 going to witness another one of those diva cat fights, between movie's starlets, Jacqueline Fernandez and Yana Gupta? It all seems to have started at the Bhatt camp when the item song from the film 'Zara Kareeb Se' aired on television starred the Jacqueline version alongside Emraan rather than the originally shot version featuring Yana with movie's bad guy Prashant Narayan.

Initially, reason cited by director Mohit Suri was that Yana's version had come off 'too gory' in his own words. After the item song actually aired on TV and resulted in a silent tussle between the ladies, Suri has been heard to alter his reasons diplomatically, and claim that all they wanted to do was hide the villain's identity before the film was released. Because Yana's version has her dancing with Prashant Narayanan, the climax would've been given away too soon.

Yana maintains a neutral stand over the matter. While she'd have preferred her version opening the song promos, she understands that her part of the package is only to do her job, and not make decisions.

Having previously filmed in item songs, and successfully at that - was this last minute switch from the film makers fair to Yana?

I loved yana gupta's version of the item song aa zara. The video and the song were both amazing and yana was so hot and sexy in the song. I personally didn't find it that gory and horrifying to be honest!!!!!!!.

I don't think it was fair for the film makers to do that, but after all it is just business - to them.
