Aamir nominated for TIME 100 Most Influential!

Aamir Khan has been nominated for the prestigious 2011 TIME 100 Poll, which features the most influential people in the world! With 'Perfection' for a middle name, we reckon one can only expect the laurels to keep coming, nonetheless, kudos to you Khan!

Aamir, the only Indian actor-producer on the list, is a suggested name among 204 world leaders, artists, innovators, icons and heroes. In his description, TIME lauds him for his charm as well as his contribution to the film industry as a producer in bringing original ideas to the screen. It also makes mention of Aamir's (and Bollywood's) mega commercial hit, 3 Idiots and his critically acclaimed production, Peepli Live.

TIME magazine honors100 people every year by naming them as the world's most influential people.
