Bollywood Bids Adieu to a Young Director

Bollywood has been struck with tragedy due to the passing of Shamin Desai, The director left us for his eternal abode on January 19th. His very first directorial venture 24*7 Raftaar starring Emraan Hashmi and Neha Dhupia has not even been released yet when tragedy stuck! Shamin has earlier worked with Channel V and also directed K.K.'s music-video 'Pal'.

The event has left most of Bollywood in anguish with some declaring their thoughts on the popular site, Twitter. On Twitter, Neha Dhupia was "really sad to hear about the loss of a dear friend and truly one of the most talented directors I have worked with... Shamin Desai RIP". However, not much has been released yet behind the cause for the death and what transpired.
