Shiney's maid denies rape!

You'll be forgiven if you believed that the infamous Shiney Ahuja rape case was ever, finally put to rest. Cause time, whether its a healer or not, is sure an eventual concealer!

A new fact however, has surfaced in connection with the incident, to revive its not so grand memories. Apparently, a year after the complaint was first lodged, the domestic maid who had originally cried rape, is now heard to be claiming that it never happened.

Never! That's right, as far as the altered confessions of the alleged victim go.

The 20-year-old withdrew her claims before court and has now insisted that she initially filed the complaint against the Gangster star as per the request of the woman who had secured her the job in the Ahuja residence in the first place.

Shiney, who was arrested on June 14, 2009, and spent three months in prison before being released on bail, may still face a sentence, the upper limit to which is 10 years, not to mention the persistent harassment, and massive career sabotage he has already suffered thanks to the entire negative buzz.

However, with the charges looking shaky, tables may turn, and the complaining maid of last year may find herself charged with perjury.

One can't help but wonder about the reliability of facts that reach the common public. Whether the lapse in the proceedings of the case has eventually given escape route to the accused, or time has brought to light the underlying play of this incident, is something that remains debatable.

Naturally, with such a twist in the tale, we too, are left wondering who the innocent party really is!

She could be worried about her future...marriage & stuff...which could have led her to lie!

If Shiney has really raped the girl then it is absolutely right that he is convicted but if he has done consensual sex then he should be charged with adultery & his wife should kick him out instead of supporting him!

I feel really bad for the poor maid & Shiney's wife & kid.

shiney maid says , he raped her and he is put behind the bars .Now she says she was never raped and shiney is put off the bars.

it means any bitch can play with the lives of indian men very easily.

the whole media and the whole laws are anti-male .

this is so confusing.. i mean was she raped or not? i mean this isnt something women should lie about EVEN under pressure but i mean everyone has their complications...i will pray that the the REAL criminal gets punished: whether its the raper or the liar!

She was probably pressured into changing her case. I still think he probably really did rape her.
