If the not so well age-matched couple of Saif Ali Khan and Deepika Padukone managed to win your hearts in the 2009 blockbuster, Love Aaj Kal, you can top your hopes to catch them onscreen once more!
Yet again, it shall be a Saif home production, the upcoming and much talked of Agent Vinod.
No, don't be shocked! Deepika is certainly not replacing the lovely real life beau Bebo! It is for the role of the second lead, that the production house, and especially Saif, are keen to cast Deepika Padukone. Going, we assume, at least in part by the major success garnered by the two only a year ago!
Chote Nawab takes care to elaborate, that Deepika's proposed role, though a supporting role, is pivotal and is essential in raising the charisma quotient.
Twist in the tale? Why, darling Kareena Kapoor, who else?!
Apparently, behind the scenes is not turning out to be a smooth affair. Bebo, who had never been well too pleased with Deepika playing the lead opposite Saif in LAK, now has reason to be far more miffed with DP's entry into a venture that was to be a Saifeena exclusive!
Sigh, the woes of love!
We trust, however, between producer Saif and lover Saif, the former will prevail and call shots in an unprejudiced, professional sensibility!
