Salman: Being 'Good' Human!

Salman Khan's charitable streak, the maiden proof of which is Being Human Foundation since 2007, persists on, with the recipients this time being St. Catherine's Home.

A children's shelter in Bandra, St. Catherine's Home have had regular visits from Salman, and on one such visit, he found that the children could not afford computers, even though they were keen on learning how to use them. He immediately sent the staff enough money to purchase 25 computers, and even helped hand pick the best stuff.

With the Being Human Foundation, Salman has contributed to quite a few different causes, utilizing the advantages of his celebrity status to aid in fund raisers. Now St. Catherine appears to be the second significant beneficiary in the making.

We applaud Salman's charity work, and do hope that more stars will follow in his footsteps to make the world a better place!
