Himesh Boycotting IIFA?

Rumour has it that singer-composer Himesh Reshammiya will not be attending the IIFA award ceremony because he is miffed at them for overlooking his release, Radio.

Although the film was not a box-office hit, a source reveals that Himesh felt that the music was well-received, and is consequently disappointed that the jury did not consider Radio, even for the music nominations.

On the flip side, Mr. Reshammiya is singing a completely different song! He states that he is not attending the IIFA due to prior, personal commitments. Supposedly, he is going to be spending his time recording overseas, and has no time to attend the ceremony.

We certainly hope that Himesh is in fact busy, and that his absence from the IIFAs is not due to his grievances against the jury!
