Shekhar Kapur - The Jury Has Arrived

Last year, the evergreen Sharmila Tagore and stunning Aishwarya Rai were the Indian representatives in the Film Critic Jury for the Cannes Film Festival. This year, these two will be succeeded by none other than Shekhar Kapur.


Shekhar Kapur, what with the films that he has offered to us and what with the acclaims and appreciations they have received (just think back to the magnanimous sales and appraises that Mr. India had earned), has established quite a status for himself in our film industry. So it comes as no surprise that Shekhar has been offered this extremely prestigious job!


We are extremely excited for Mr. Kapur, and hope that he has a wonderful time with the selections!
