Vivek to Challenge Himself with Theatre

Bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi is to challenge himself on stage, starring in a play scripted by Javed Akhtar, The Kingdom of Dreams.

The play is a government-backed one, and it is set to be a musical, in the style of Broadway plays. Shiamak Davar will be in charge of choreography; Allan Amin will direct the action and Neeta Lulla will be designing the costumes for the play.

Vivek is set to act, dance and even fight live on stage, and in preparation, he has started special training, which will go on for another two months. Although he was initially uncertain about taking on the role, once he heard the details, he was rather keen on it.

The play is rumored to debut in May.

There is no room for mistakes on stage. Will Vivek be able to rise to the challenge? We certainly hope so!
