Ranbir Kapoor The Next Bollywood Superstar?

One flop and you're out of Bollywood. Is it really true these days? Well, regardless of what we think, the charming Ranbir Kapoor is proving otherwise.

The cute and handsome Ranbir Kapoor won criticial acclaim through his first movie "Saawariya," but the movie bombed at the box office putting a question mark on Ranbir's success and career. But Ranbir is not one of those who accept defeat easily. His hard work paid off to an extent with his second release by Yash Raj Films' "Bachna Ae Haseeno." Although the movie was successful it wasn't quite the hit that Ranbir needed in his career.

So will Ranbir's newest Dharma Productions release, "Wake Up Sid" give him the one hit he needs? The answer seems to be inclined towards a yes! The movie's holding a strong ground at the multiplexes even against a Govinda-David Dhawan starrer that usually blows away the box office.

"Wake Up Sid" is expected to win the audience's heart and box office success. In the long term, if we evaluate Ranbir's career so far, all of his movies have proved to be better than the last one. Slowly and steadily, the dashing Ranbir Kapoor is making his own, unique place in Bollywood and in audience's hearts.

What could go wrong now? If "Wake Up Sid" indeed proves to be a huge hit, then Ranbir has all the reason to celebrate. His next two releases are Rajkumar Santoshi's Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani with Katrina Kaif and Shimit Amin's "Rocket Singh ' Salesman of the Year." Bollywood has high expectations from both films especially Santoshi's venture. If everything goes just as well, it seems like Ranbir will indeed be Bollywood's next superstar! After long shooting schedules, promotion projects, and apprehension before the release, that gives RK a huge reason to celebrate!

how many super hits he has give,only 3 films first one is flop,second one is semi-hit & 3rd one is average to semi hit..........so i dont think he is superstar.next time before writing the any artical think about it...

He is not that good.. Just because he is somewhat good-looking and he has the 'Kapoor' blood in him, that doesn't make him any contender to be the next super-star. He doesn't have that potential... Shahid & Neil will be the next superstars of bollywood as they have lot of potential.
