Fauji, an unforgettable television series that transformed the then nobody Khan in to a heart throb overnight and somersaulted him in to the world of Bollywood. Now two decades later, King Khan has plans to remake the series - but not all who were involved with the original show are happy about the news.

Notably Amina Sherwani [who played the love interest of Shahrukh's elder brother] claims that she and her husband Milind were co-writers of the show that was originally written and directed by Colonel Kapoor.

Accordingly, many changes were made to the script [originally titled 'Abhimanyu'] to increase Khan's role after a request from his mother. Amina's only grouse is that she has not been approached by Red Chillies Idiot Box to join the crew as part of the creative team.

Amina claims that despite knowing her contribution to Fauji, Shahrukh has forgotten her after becoming a star.

Other news doing the rounds is that Fauji-2 maybe the launch pad for Jackie Shroff's 18 year old son Tiger.

many actors forget abt the ppl who were with them during their first steps in the entertainment industry....so its nothing new if SRK has done too... it happens a lot in this industry....many actors hav said tht too
