Shahid Kapoor loses his most cherished gift !

Shahid Kapoor's designer glares disappeared few days ago. And the actor is naturally upset, as it was very special to him. His younger half-siblings gifted the sunshades to him having collected their pocket money for buying him the eyewear. Shahid has been in mourning ever since he lost his favorite pair, even though he owns a large variety. But Shahid was particularly fond of this piece.


According to sources, Shahid's younger siblings - Sana, Ruhaan and Ishaan - had pooled in all their money, an approximate of 20,000 Rupees to gift their brother something expensive. When they had presented it to him, he was taken by surprise and cherished it.


The incident happened at the Rajiv Gandhi Awards held 2 weeks ago. Shahid was there to receive the 'Best Actor Award'. When Priyanka Chopra was performing, he did an impromptu dance for a few minutes with her.


As soon as the performance got over, a lot of people surrounded him, including a bunch of excited female fans.


What followed was a near stampede and sometime then his shades slipped off. By the time the loss was perceived by Shahid it was all too late and the guards despite a thorough search found no trace of the prized possession.


Shahid's spokesperson confirms, "Yes, he did lose his glares which were gifted by his half siblings. The pair was very precious to him."
