Style police scans the Vogue Beauty Awards 2016

Our favourite Style Police reached the venue just in time to catch them making and breaking the fashion rules...

1. Well deserved Kat..You own the title "Beauty Of The Year 2016"

Katrina Kaif is on a winning spree guyzz.. While her Kala Chashma song is on top of everyone's playlist, she is on top of VBA (Vogue Beauty Award) Style-O-Meter with this Romona Keveza's red floor kissing cut-out number and cutting-edge jewellery. Just like Kareena and Shahid's post break-up movie Jab We Met, we hope the recently split couple, Katrina and Ranbir's, Jagga Jasoos also tops the box-office.

2. Lolo the well deserving winner of "Ageless Beauty"

Aging in the limelight is hard. But Karisma Kapoor makes it look effortless. She has not lost her beauty between plastic surgeries and futile attempts to not look her age. Indeed she has aged gracefully or not aged at all! At the event the "Masi to-be" nailed the look with Monisha Jaisingh's ensemble that bares all the right spots.

3. Mahira Khan, has won the "Face To Watch Out For" title

She is definitely the one to watch-out for, not just for her next film opposite SRK. The Pakistani actress is stylishly making her way into India. And there ain't a better way than swanking on the red carpet of Vogue Beauty Awards in a beautiful Monisha Jaisingh green toga gown.

4. Unlike her movies Tanisha Mukerji has not totally disappointed us with her look.

A beautiful dress with eye-catching earrings; she would have done more justice to her look had she dropped the black pumps along with few inches.

5. Ileana D'Cruz definitely makes a bold fashion statement

With plum lips and almost plum-ish colored Roberto Cavalli gown, this also reminds us of her look in her upcoming film Rustom.

6. In H&M separates, Shibani Dandekar showed up at the 2016 VBA's with her hair half-up-half-down.

While she just about managed to impress us with her casual-chic look she failed miserably at concealing and contouring her face. Miss Dandekar, mind taking a tip or two from a professional makeup artist?!

7. Aditi Rao Hydari was refreshingly different from all the blacks and reds at VBA's.

She looked as bright as the morning sun, like literally, in Gauri and Nainika's floor-sweeping gown in egg-yolk-yellow colour. Wish she had spiced-up that look with a better hair-do and a bright lipstick.

8. Giving formal gowns a miss, Parineeti Chopra showed-up at the VBA to receive the "Inspirational Icon" award like a lady boss.

Dressed in a romantic pink colour top and beige wrap-around leather skirt; pearl brooch and the pleated high neckline of the top totally took the casual to a chic level.

9. Sarah Jane Dias sleep walked into the 2016 Vogue Beauty Awards in an Amanda Wakeley slip dress.

Come friends... let's thank the night-gods for the good things - her make-up, hair and the statement neckpiece.

10. At the 2016 Vogue Beauty Awards was also seen the parenting star Tara Sharma.

Who should have not just taken a selfie but also a tip from Karishma Kapoor on looking timeless.

11. Amyra Dastur did not amaze us.

Just another red one-shoulder gown and one more pair of statement earrings to ogle at.

12. Evelyn Sharma looked like royalty

There ain't no better colour than blue to perfectly compliment the red carpet, was her thought when she slipped into this curve-hugging royal blue number.
