Fashion Face-Off: Kangana Ranaut and Sonam Kapoor

Constantly being under the spotlight as a Bollywood celebrity is not easy! One of the most awkward fashion situations they can face is wearing the same outfit as another. Since nothing can escape our keen eyes, we know when such a blunder occurs. And what do we do when we see two celebs donning the same look?! Compare them, of course! Today, BollyCurry brings to you a Fashion Face-off between two of B-Town's biggest fashionistas - Sonam Kapoor and Kangana Ranaut .

Kangana Ranaut was recently spotted in New York wearing the sea green empire Gucci dress with a bateau neckline. The high point of the dress had to be the black Cinch belt. She completed her casual look with a Burberry jacket, tan brogues shoes and classy Prada sunglasses. With minimal make-up and hair in an effortless top knot, the actress really stuck to the casual theme. Unfortunately, the look did not work for us at all and may even have been on the frumpy side. Maybe next time, Kangana!

Sonam Kapoor was snapped wearing the same Gucci dress last year at a magazine launch. Our attention was once again drawn to the wonderfully complementing black cinch belt. She looked beautifully feminine with the peek-a-boo strapless black camisole. Completing her look with black accessories, a dark lipstick and a chic updo hairstyle, the actress looked absolutely stunning in this outfit. Sonam surely wins this round!

Kangana is not wearing this dress for the first time. She had donned the same dress during a Krrish 3 promotional event in Dubai, where she actually carried it much better and looked very pretty! We wonder what happened this time?! Maybe a little ironing and better choices in accessories would have helped her cause? Or maybe not!
