Fashion Faceoff: Aishwarya vs. Deepika!

One more time, among those few many others, when tinsel town divas end up sporting same/similar costumes, albeit at different occasions. It's one chance, like none other to compare, contrast and adjudge who really does look better.

New mommy Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was seen in a traditional attire at Abu Jani and Sandeep Kholsa's 25th anniversary bash. The churidaar was black with heavy gold embellishment.

Meanwhile Om Shanti Om debutante, Deepika Padukone wore a similar outfit at the DY Patil Annual Achievers Awards earlier this week. The only marked difference was the altered neckline and Deepika chose not to wear a dupatta with her outfit.

I don't think any of them carried the outfit well. If someone has to take the points I would have to say Ash. But frankly the outfit is very gaudy and they both are not carrying it well...deepika would have taken the cake hat her hair been down instead of that bird's nest

i like deepika's outfit, the design is just much more delicate, whereas aish's outift has a way too gaudy design for my liking, though deepika would have looked better if her hair was worn down. xx
