International Women's Day (IWD) is slotted for March 8th every year. It is a major day of global celebration for the economic, political and social achievements of women. So lets have a look at some of those Super_Moms from the tinsel town who have with great poise and dignity managed to score all home runs, while pitching successfully in their professions outside the house!

I agree with Laila!
For example, Juhi still looks so beautiful and vivacious but gets mostly side roles whereas the haggard SRK, the overweight Sallu (all Juhi's age or older) still dominate hero roles! Bollywood is totally chauvinistic!
Bollywood actresses should not retire after marriage and motherhood! At least Kajol still continues and the others are waiting for a chance! Im sure Madhuri, Karishma and Sonali would readily take offers if good ones came their way!
I love Sush and Raveena for adopting little girls! They are the real role models!

Acting
All of them should have continued to act; it would be great to have people write scripts for them in mind. Hollywood writes scripts for actresses of all ages, Bollywood needs to get out of the mindset that an actresses time in films ends at 30. I am tired of seeing 50 year old actors courting actresses young enough to be their daughters.

but the this writer really needs to do a lil bit of research before writing bcoz malaika's soon isnt 4, he is 7 yrs old and kajol's daughter isnt 4 either...she is almost 7 yrs old
