How was it working with Randeep Hooda?

It was great. We knew each other for years. But this is the first time we have worked together. He's a fantastic actor. He's energetic, professional and is extremely committed. He is a really sweet guy and he has done an excellent job in the movie.

Memories that you take back from the movie...

There have been a lot of memories. I have shot two other films in Goa but this one was really phenomenal because of the cast and the crew. It was a lot of fun as we had a large crew, so at any given time few people were shooting and few were not so there was always a company to spend time with and sit on the beach and drink beer and enjoy ourselves. It was really fun.

You are taking Hindi classes, so tell us something about that.

Yeah, I can now read and write in Hindi but I am not very professional though and my Hindi speaking is also alright. I have already done films in Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, English, and Portuguese and now my next film is in Marathi.

Tell us something about your character in this Marathi movie.

The film is about the first female musician/physician of India and her journey and struggle. I play the main male protagonist in the film basically she has a love interest with my character. She falls in love with a London guy and this is in 1880's. So it's an interesting character, it's a beautiful film.

Any plans to tie the knot again?

No, I feel no pressure to get married now. Marriage is the biggest project of your life and if you are not ready to commit the time, energy and effort for doing that, then you really shouldn’t. But, you also get a lot of good things from marriage.
