First impressions: Blue and Main Aur Mrs. Khanna

First impressions are something that cannot be forgotten. All our filmmakers, therefore, work hard to make their first movie trailer eye catching. The trailer for 'Blue' does all the same. The first sight of this movie makes an incredible impression; and a much awaited release hence. The movie boasts of some of the biggest stars of the industry, Akshay Kumar, Sanjay Dutt, Lara Dutta, Katrina Kaif and Zayed Khan; the backdrop of the deep underwater marine life in addition makes it ever more appealing to watch.


Since the film's outlook is much beyond the National level, the creator Shree Ashtavinayak should take that into consideration and plan its release strategy wisely.

On the contrary, the trailers of Main Aur Mrs. Khanna simply brings back to one's mind the memories of Hrishikesh Mukherjee movies. Soft and gentle trailers with dabs of freshness giving viewers the feel of another 'Pati, Patni aur Woh' in the making. The first trailer features Salman Khan, Kareena Kapoor and Sohail Khan, minus the Preity 'woman' Zinta.


Despite the two movie trailers being as different from each other as an apple from a grape, the only common binding factor is them both being multi-starers with first time directors. Where 'Blue' is directed by Anthony D'Souza, Main Aur Mrs. Khanna is directed by Prem Soni.
