Currently, Salman Khan's blackbuck poaching case has resurfaced once again. The actor was also accused of misleading the court and the hearing has been dated to November 29. The order was stated by CJM Rural Court after hearing on two pleas on Thursday.
Furthermore, if convicted the actor might face an imprisonment of maximum seven years. Salman was booked for seeking personal absence on the plea, as the actor claimed to be unwell due to severe pain in his ear. However, he was reportedly busy shooting for the film 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan'. With regards to it, forest officer Lalit Boda has filed a case against Salman for misleading the court.
Earlier, back on April 5, Jodhpur court had found Salman Khan guilty under Section 9/51 of the Wildlife (Protection) Act and was sentenced to five years in jail and was fined Rs 10,000 in the case of Blackbuck poaching. But, the Bollywood actor was released right after two days of imprisonment, as the Jodhpur jail granted the bail on a bond of Rs 50,000 and two sureties of like amount by a District and Sessions court on April 7.
