Akshay Kumar CANCELS 'Housefull 4' shoot to support #MeToo movement?

Thursday evening three women made allegations on the film-maker Sajid Khan for sexually harassing them. Actress Rachel White, Saloni Chopra and journalist Karishma Upadhyay had shared their tales and also revealed their identity to the media along with all the details.

According to the reports Akshay Kumar, who just returned to India from Italy, has cancelled the October 12 shoot of 'Housefull 4', which was scheduled to take place in Mumbai. The report says that decision was made by the actor after the director Sajid was accused of sexual harassment and also because the cast included Nana Patekar who was also alleged of sexual harassment by Tanushree Dutta.

Half of the film has been shot but we don't have any official statement so we can just wait for more updates.
