Ranbir FONDLY RECALLS lunch time with Grandma Krishna in this VIDEO

This morning, a shocking new shattered the whole of B-town. Raj Kapoor's beloved wife and the anchor of Kapoor Khandaan, Krishna Raj Kapoor left for heavenly abode following a cardiac arrest.

She was 87 and was the oldest pillar of the clan. She was residing in the family's ancestral home in Chembur where she breathed her last around 4 am.

The whole of B-town expressed their grief and extended their heartfelt condolences to the family through Twitter posts.

Remembering the kind soul that she was, we got our hands on an old "iconic" video from 2013 where the entire Kapoor family got together for a photoshoot which also was the family's last shoot with their beloved mother where every member was in the frame. The video is sure to leave you teary-eyed.

Ranbir Kapoor was very close to his Dadi (Paternal Grandma) and has spent a lot of time with her. In the throwback video from the Vogue BTS shoot, we can see him share his fond memories of having Sunday lunches at her home and how she made the whole family reunite and spend time together munching on delicious food cooked by her.

Shares Ranbir, "We meet every Sunday at our grandmother's place where she has this amazing spread of food, several Peshawari dish. The entire family comes and we spend the entire day there chatting, speaking about each other's work and experience, hearing the time when Shammi Kapoor and Shashi Kapoor were an actor. My grandmother used to tell us stories about my grandfather. It's awesome just to hear these stories. It is nostalgic and it is history."
