Vishal Bhardwaj reacts on his untitiled film starring Irrfan, Deepika

National award-winning director Vishal Bhardwaj is up with his next project with Irrfan Khan and Deepika Padukone, which is rumored to have been temporarily stopped due to Irrfan's illness.

In an interview, Vishal mentioned that he is eagerly waiting for Khan to return and recover to take a final call on the movie. He told Mumbai Mirror, "No matter which film Irrfan chooses to return with, I'll be happy to have him back. Our cinema needs him."

The 'Talvar' actor is currently in New York where he is taking treatment after he was diagnosed with a neuroendocrine tumor earlier this year due to which the movie has been postponed.

Earlier Deepika reacted to the news of his illness and said that she is fond of Irrfan and added further, "But anything can happen to anyone. Nothing shocks or alarms me anymore, but I do wish him good health and a speedy recovery."
