Celebrity couple Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput Kapoor are all set to become parents for the second time and they are soon going to become a family of four. And now papa dearest Shahid Kapoor has brought this new residence at Worli for his soon to be completed family.

Shahid and Mira, who currently reside at Praneta building at Juhu, according to a report in DNA have bought a new home in Worli worth a whopping sum of Rs. 56 crores. Further, the report also reveals that the actor has already paid Rs 2.91 crore as stamp duty to the government for the registration.

About the details of this apartment, "The flat is on the 42nd and 43rd floors of Three Sixty West. The area of the floors is 427.98 square meter and 300.48 square meter including a balcony of 40.88 square meter. The total area of the apartment is 8625 square feet".

"The actor will also get six car parking spots in the building. It is not known yet how soon the couple will shift to their new home. The apartment was registered on July 12, 2018 and the deal was finalized on June 27, 2018. It has been registered in the names of Shahid Pankaj Kapoor and Mira Shahid Kapoor", added the report.

While Shahid and wife Mira haven't confirmed the news yet, it is reported that the complex will also house a luxury hotel and apartments. All the residences have a sea view and enjoy privacy.

Other celebrities like Akshay Kumar and Abhishek Bachchan also own flats in the same building. Industrialist Niraj Bajaj also has his flat on the 50^th floor.
