Documentary dedicated to Gully Rap out

Mumbai, June 20 (IANS) A documentary titled "Kya Bolta Bantai", dedicated to the art form Gully Rap, has been released online.

In the documentary, filmmaker Zoya Akhtar, who is directing "Gully Boy", has shared her point of view on the art form, started by Indian rapper Divine, on whom the upcoming Ranveer Singh-starrer is being made, read a statement.

"Kya Bolta Bantai", produced by Vice Media, is available on Viacom18's Voot.

The 30-minute-long documentary charts out the evolution of Mumbai rap at large over these years and the popularity it has gained both in the mainstream and in the bylanes of Mumbai.
