Karan Johar REVEALS that Janhvi Kapoor CONSTANTLY talks about Sridevi

As known to all, Karan Johar was a close friend of the late actress Sridevi and apparently, he was the one who informed Janhvi about her mother's unfortunate demise. Just like to her mother, Karan is very close to Janhvi Kapoor as well and she is all set to make her Bollywood debut with 'Dhadak' under Karan's home banner Dharma Productions.

For her first ever magazine cover, Janhvi Kapoor was interviewed by the filmmaker - producer Karan himself. Speaking of the interaction, Karan revealed to Vogue, "As I interview her for her first-ever cover, I realise she's a pro, handling herself with a maturity that belies her age. It's both, heart-breaking and endearing that she talks about her mother constantly. Kapoor is not what you expect. And this is just the beginning of her story".

Apparently, Karan Johar is also getting protective about Janhvi. If recent reports are to be believed then the filmmaker doesn't want Janhvi Kapoor to endorse any brands before her big debut as he wants the excitement of fans to remain.

About her debut film, a report read, "Karan was close to Sridevi; he is also close to Janhvi now. He understands that she will not be in a position to work for a while. He has even instructed the team to take it easy with her. Having said that, Karan wants it to be a film that Sridevi would have been very proud of".

Dhadak is slated to release on 20^th July 2018.
