As we all know, Sonam Kapoor is all set to tie the holy knot with her Delhi-based businessman Anand Ahuja on May 8, 2018 in Mumbai.

Her wedding festivities will begin from 6th May, with the Mehendi and Haldi ceremony scheduled for 7th May at the banquet hall of Sonam's new apartment in Sunteck, Signature Island. The dress code for the same is 'Indian Festive - Shades of White'.

Post this, on the morning of May 8, 2018, the bride and groom will take their vows and exchange garlands during the Anand Karaj ceremony that will be held at Sonam's maternal aunt, Kavita Singh's magnificent bungalow at 'Rockdale'in Bandstand, Bandra. The bungalow houses a grand temple and the coupe will exchange garlands between 11 am and 12:30 pm as per the IST.. The guests are requested to follow the dress-code i.e. 'Indian Traditional'.

After the couple have exchanged their vows and tied the holy knot, they will head for their reception that will take place the same evening in 'The Leela'. The dress code finalized for the Reception party is 'Indian or Western Formal' and families of the couple have invited their guests to join them for 'An evening of Dance and Music to Celebrate Sonam & Anand'.

Preparations and practice sessions for Sonam and Anand's Sangeet Ceremony have already begun. Ace choreographer Farah Khan is personally choreographing all the dance numbers for the evening.

The who's who of Bollywood is expected to attend the Wedding of Bollywood's evergreen actor Anil Kapoor's elder daughter's wedding.

However, Sonam's close friend and 'Veere Di Wedding' co-star, Kareena Kapoor Khan won't be attending the Wedding functions. Instead, she will just be gracing the Reception party that will be held in 'The Leela'.

A close source has confirmed to PinkVilla, "Bebo will be attending only the reception, not the Anand Karaj which will be held at Sonam's aunt Kavita Singh's bungalow in Bandra."

Also, Kareena will most probably be seen donning designer Faraz Manan's designs and if not that, then she might pick up something from her all-time favorite Bollywood designer, Manish Malhotra's collection.
